Way too complicated

The on phone ordering system was way too complicated and was not user-friendly at all. None of the three items I needed to order were already pre packed and each one had to be hand picked, which took an awful lot of time. Billing system was very hard to use and information had to be repeated several times. Customer Setvice representative did all possible to meet my needs, but had to work way too hard to meet the three boxes of candy I ordered.

Order Christmas Candy

I wanted to order Christmas candy. I do this every year! Well the costumer service rep was nice but when I told him I had certificates he told me Id have to mail them to get the profuctd. Ive never been told that. He said Peteluma could help. Well I called Peteluma and they dont ship. I have plastic gift cards with the numbers on them. I could have given the numbers to him and the candy could have been shipped. I didnt know he thought they were paper. By the time I went back to order they closed! Im frustrated. I want them to get there for Christmas. Ill try again in the morning!

Bad Product. Website down.

Was in the US and purchased a 13 oz box of Brittles and Toffees. Got back to Germany and at least a third of the toffees were BAD. Soft and discolored instead of crunchy. Had to throw in the trash. This has never happened and I have been a See´s customer for 50 years. I paid cash for this purchase and did not keep a receipt. Never needed one over all the years until now

Bad Candy! Website not reachable.

I was recently in the US and bought a box of Brittle & Toffee 13 oz, among other things. Cash. Got it all home to Germany and the milk chocolate brittle was all BAD. Soft and discolored. See´s website does not seem to work, no matter how I try to get it. I will be forced to call their number later today, due to time difference. That candy is too expensive and I want a refund when it´s bad, though this has never happened to me in 50 years. Southcenter location, Seattle.

Placed Christmas order 12/13/23. Assured this would arrive in time for Christmas. Order was filled and prepared for shipping to arrive Dec 18-Dec 22. Shipment was picked up on 12/17....7 days later

pkg picked up on 12/14. no info on location pf my pkg until 12/23. on its way to Jax FL. tHIS am 12/24 STILL ON ITS WAY TO JAX. Thank you Sees.

Why the gloves?

I will be your loyal customer forever. Today as I waited for my custom order to be fulfilled in the Corte Madera, CA location, I couldn't help but notice how many pair of vinyl gloves my salesperson was using.

On for one thing-getting a box from the back?- another pair to take the candies out of one box and put them into another, another pair when getting supplies from another kind of candy. It had no rhyme or reason to it and it wasn't doing a thing to keep me, the customer, from getting sick. It was hygiene theater. Meanwhile, there being no mask requirement inside the store for customers, I had non-mask-wearers standing way too close to me, breathing down my neck.I think you could save yourselves a lot of money and keep a lot of vinyl out of the landfill if you gave up on this performance.

I am a retired nurse. I used gloves in the hospital, so I know what they can and cannot do. Touching inanimate objects with clean bare fingers is perfectly acceptable.

All the extra time and loss of dexterity for these poor folks just to make it look like you're being hygienic is absurd. Loose the gloves!

My sister & I had gone to the NYC location today. My sister bought two boxes of assorted chocolates totaling over $85. My sister had asked for a small sampling after making her purchase and was told by the clerk that they dont give out any samples. I said to myself Really?? In my opinion that is poor customer service regardless & I personally would be taking my business elsewhere going forward.My sister asked me not to make a big ordeal over this but this is something that I thought needed to be addressed. Late Shipment

I placed an order for chocolates and tin of nuts on Dec 20,2020 which I received confirmation it would arrive Dec 28. I did not hear anything further so I called back on Dec 30 and was told my delivery would not arrive until Jan 4th! I also asked to cancel order and was told it was too late since it is supposedly in transit. I will never order from this company again.
